These Terms of Use and Disclaimer (“Agreement”) outline the expectations for guests participating in Africa’s LSP Podcast (“Podcast”). By agreeing to participate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below.

- You are solely responsible for the content of your statements during the interview.

- You agree to disclose any potential conflicts of interest you may have related to the topic of discussion.
- Grant of Rights
- You grant Bolingo Consult Ltd, the producer of Africa’s LSP Podcast, the non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and translate your interview in whole or in part, in any and all media formats, whether now known or hereafter developed.
- This includes, but is not limited to, the podcast itself, promotional materials, social media, and Africa’s LSP Podcast website.
- Disclaimer
- The views and opinions expressed by you on the podcast are your own and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of Bolingo Consult Ltd or its affiliates.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you share is truthful and accurate.
- Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bolingo Consult Ltd, its affiliates, and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the podcast, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or intellectual property violations.
- Modification of Agreement
- Bolingo Consult Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use and Disclaimer at any time.
- We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Agreement on Africa’s LSP Podcast website.
- Your continued participation in the podcast following the posting of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
- Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda.
- Entire Agreement
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bolingo Consult Ltd regarding your participation in the podcast.
- Severability
- If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By participating in Africa’s LSP Podcast, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
